Owing to the double-walled housing with protective coating the surface temperature of the outer casing is reduced to a minimum, which means a decreased risk of injuries for the user. Moreover, the housing provides optimum soundproofing. The device is equipped with an electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling.

Industrial condenser dryer DH 25 S The compact industrial dehumidifier DH 25 S dries up to 40 liters per day Owing to its compact construction and stable swivel casters with wheel lock this powerful industrial condenser dryer can be used especially flexibly for various dry keeping tasks in storage and production facilities. The DH 25 S dehumidifies up to 40 litres per day and is a very economical solution for ensuring dry ambient air for sensitive stored goods or avoiding harmful moisture-related consequences for products, machines and building structure during industrial processes. Humidity control can optionally be effected moisture-dependent via target value specification at the internal hygrostat or in moisture-independent continuous operation.

With heat recovery systems in industrial environments, the heat contained in the exhaust air is efficiently used to heat air or water. A very efficient use of this energy is the preheating of dryer supply air. The heat can be used continuously here. This warm exhaust air is also suitable for heating buildings. Depending on the local conditions, both airtoair heat exchangers and airtowater heat exchangers can be used for this purpose. The heated air, in turn, is fed into production and factory halls or other areas of the building. This type of supply air heating is particularly costefficient. Such recovery systems also have a positive effect in terms of environmental compatibility. Waste heat from industry that is harmful to the climate is no longer released into the environment but remains in the cycle of the production process or building heating. The systems are also suitable for cooling rooms when outside temperatures are hot, for example.
