High-speed thread cutting with reversing kinematics The new EWS Tapmatic thread cutting head for driven tools enables thread cutting processes without having to reverse the direction of rotation thanks to its reversing kinematics. This saves time and energy and protects the motor – all this with a defined depth of thread. The units are available for M3-M12 threads.

With the thread adapter made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) a pump, a drain cock or any other connection with thread G 2" (Whitworth pipe thread) can be screwed onto a container with G 1 1/2" thread. The thread adapter adapts and thus compensates for different thread shapes. The drum adapter ensures that decanting is liquid-tight; a seal made of ePTFE reliably seals the connection. The thread adapter made of stainless steel is electrically conductive and highly chemically resistant. It can therefore be used for filling solvents and other flammable liquids (e.g. alcohols, petrol, diesel etc.) as well as for weak alkalis and acids.

The GEMÜ 566 2/2-way globe control valve has a body with an integrated control mechanism which can be controlled by various operator types. In addition to a pneumatic version, manual and motorized versions are also available. The GEMÜ 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. The GEMÜ 660 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve was designed for dosing and filling a wide range of products. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ SUMONDO® single-use diaphragm valve consists of a diaphragm valve body and a manual or pneumatic operator. The single-use diaphragm valve body has an internally welded diaphragm. The single-use diaphragm valve body is fastened to the operator using a clamp. The valve body and the operator are locked using a defined closing and opening procedure. After use, the single-use diaphragm valve body and its diaphragm can be removed from the operator and disposed of. These valves fitted with microbatteries operate only after being actuated by an electrical impulse. This impulse is triggered by moving your hand in front of the sensor, which triggers the extremely robust pilot valve. After water has been dispensed, the valve returns to its inoperative position. This valve is characterized by robustness, durability and small size. Benefit The low power consumption by the impulse control is ideally suited for use in electronically controlled taps with battery operation. The valve is constructed entirely of water-approved materials and is certified according to KTW, W270, WRAS, ACS and NSF 61.
