The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. The modular design allows adaptation to almost all requirements and subsequent expansion or automation is possible at any time. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. The workpieces are cleaned within a few minutes. The cleaning result is always perfect and reproducible. The subsequent rinsing process is followed by stain-free post-cleaning or preservation. The WIWOX® ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all steel moulds as well as brass and copper parts. In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. The drying of the polluted wet and cold media takes place in the suction tank and the cleaning by screening with final separation into waste powder, waste media & re-usable media,

Ultrasonic cleaning tanks of series SW 12, SW 25 and SW 40 are compact tabletop cleaning devices for industrial purposes. The serial version includes a cover with handle. The cleaning tanks can be equipped alternatively with frequencies of 30 or 40 kHz or in combination 30/40kHz. On the front the ultrasonic operation can be set nonstop or for a limited period. The ultrasonic generators are integrated in the stainless steel housings. The devices are equipped with a heating with thermostatic regulation installed at the outside of the tank. It is set on the front. The tanks are made of stainless steel, here the SW40 – SW90 are built in welded design. On the bottom they have a residual clearance. Heated and cold cleaning tanks complete the program. Only aqueous cleaning agents are permitted in the cleaning tanks.

The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The basic version consists of a heated ultrasonic tank (tank 1) and heated cascade rinsing (tank 2 and 3).
