The particulate filter cleaning machine is designed to clean the particulate filters of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The machine is completely made of stainless steel. With the water purification system, water in the tank is recirculated and cleans the inside of the particle filter.The machine starts the washing process by measuring the clogging rate of the filter after test button on the touch-operated display is selected. After the washing process is completed, you can test again and measure that the filter is cleaned. Then you can finish the washing process and proceed to the drying process. After drying the inside of the filter, the cleaning process is fully completed. There are bag and cartridge filters on the machine. Tank has heat insulation. In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. The drying of the polluted wet and cold media takes place in the suction tank and the cleaning by screening with final separation into waste powder, waste media & re-usable media,

The room humidity level is regulated fully automatically to a healthy comfort range (40 – 60 %), freed from dust, pollen and unpleasant odours in the integrated carbon air filter and, if desired, additionally aromatized with a subtle fragrance. The UV lamp in the water tank keeps the water clean and up to 97.9 % free from germs. Why is air improvement necessary at all? Whether we feel comfortable at home, sleep through the night or are receptive and productive at the workplace depends decisively on the quality of the room air.

Dry chocolate melter with the unique feature of having differentiated temperatures for each tank, which can be adjusted by the operator. Each individual tank is calibrated at a specific operating temperature and can be operated by means of the luminous button in front of the machine. This chocolate melter is fitted with removable stainless steel tanks, designed to guarantee perfect cleaning of all the parts in contact with the product. The DW4 designed by CCF allows to create chocolate coated ice cream, chocolate and crumbs and to customise them if requested by the client.

The SSH360 Compact Clean Machine was designed for parts cleaning with the help of ultrasound and slight water flow to keep the process tank clean. Using a pump system, dirt and oil are washed out of the process tank. An oil separator with a two-way filter allows for long-lasting cleaning liquid in the process tank.
