Pneumatic timers are used for the precise time control of pneumatic signals in pneumatic circuits or systems. The pressure-independent function of time delay starts when pressure is applied to the control port. After the pre-selected time is elapsed, an internal 3/2 way valve is switched. The pneumatic timer is reset to the initial condition if the control port is vented for at least 300 ms. The adjustable time delay depends on the chosen version and amounts between 0.5 and 180 s. Due to its design the control pressure level must not be below working pressure level. As a result of the fire-risk evaluation according to EN 13463-1, the pneumatic timers are not subject to ATEX regulations. This means they may also be used in explosion hazardous areas as defined in IIG/ IID.

With limited dimensions, it permits to use an ISO cylinder for shortstroke translations, while protecting the rod of the cylinder with its floating rod coupling. For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and the front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

Connects multiple lines simultaneously with a single operation for different fluids and sizes. Ideal for automated hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder operated systems that need to connect and disconnect several lines simultaneously. Automatic shutoff valves in both sockets and plugs ensure no outflow of fluid on disconnection. Body materials other than stainless steel are available, which can be ordered with or without valves (madetoorder products). Snap ring and screw threadin types to mount on the base plate are standardized. MAS type can accept axial eccentricity between socket and plug. The allowance of eccentricity is within the radius range of 0.3mm. Cupla connection with fluid under dynamic pressure cannot be made.

Lockable gas spring Also named as locking gas spring or controlable gas spring, it's incorporates a mechanism to enable the rod to be locked at any point in its travel. This mechanism is actuated by a plunger that protrudes from the rod. When this plunger is depressed the rod is free to operate as normal.
