The formula was optimised until Besthane®Soft provided the desired characteristics: exceptionally high operational comfort, a high level of floor surface preservation, low-noise operation and a particularly high dynamic load capacity. This series is also abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant and flexible at low temperatures. The casted tread is used with either an aluminium or nylon wheel centre. The nylon version is also hydrolysis resistant.

The polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Softhane® is one of the four polyurethane treads developed by Blickle. The positive characteristics of the tread are the end result of many years of optimisation. The extra-thick elastic tread guarantees excellent operational comfort. It is especially gentle on the floor, abrasion-resistant and quiet. The green colour does not leave any tracks and is also non-staining. Softhane® is resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, with the exception of aromatic solvents, hot water or steam.

The Extrathane® tread was developed on the back of Blickle’s decades of experience in this area to meet market demand and provide an outstanding set of characteristics. The tread is highly abrasion-resistant and has a high resistance to cut and tear propagation. This means that heavy duty wheels and heavy duty castors which use Blickle Extrathane® tread are also suitable for crossing thresholds and medium speeds.

Thermoplastic injection-moulded polyurethane (TPU) based on polyesterpolyol, diisocyanate and glycol. This is vibration-absorbing, non-marking, non-staining and highly abrasion-resistant, while also providing good floor preservation. The tread is also resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, although it has only limited resistance to hot water or steam.

Besthane® treads have 40% lower rolling and swivel resistance than the other polyurethane treads. This means that much less force is required to push or pull transport units carrying heavy loads. It also makes the series particularly interesting for customers focused on ergonomics and occupational safety. Besthane® tread also provides a particularly high level of dynamic load resistance, which is particularly useful when transporting sensitive materials. The tread is typically used for a variety of heavy duty applications on different transport units and machines in the machining and automotive industry. It can provide a load capacity of up to 12,000 kg at high speeds of up to 16 km/h.

The D-NAMIC wheels are manufactured through a new vacuum - dryer - high pressure process, entirely developed by DC, which results in the higher quality wheel in its range of products, and the only one to be covered by a lifetime warranty against the de-bonding of the Polyurethane tyre from the wheel centre. The Polyurethane tyre grant a high cut and tear propagation resistance, is mechanically bonded to the wheel core, and the coupling is further strengthened by a surface adhesion which is obtained without the use of any glue or chemical bonding. The D-NAMIC wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted, for both industrial and food industry. D-NAMIC are recommended on trolleys for food industry and chemical industry, industrial trolleys, equipment and trolleys for meat and fish industry, slaughterhouses and textile industry.

MANUAL PALLET TRUCK LOAD 2200 Kg - forks mm. 1150x525 and mm. 800x525 (short) The hand pallet trucks of the Ferplast FPGS ECO 2200 series, with a load of 2200 kg, are robust and designed for use in industrial environments. The contact wheel FAPI-PUS/KS is an extremely soft version of a contact wheel with a polyurethane foam and plastic foam lamella coating. The overall height of the coating must also be selected based on the respective application. The alternating polyurethane and plastic foam lamellae make the contact wheel extremely soft and particularly adaptable. In practice, this contact wheel is used mainly for the finishing of strongly cambered or rounded workpieces. Because of the different material densities and the spacing between the lamellae heat dissipates very well during the grinding process. The contact wheel FAPI-PUS OPEN is a further development of the dense design. Here the aluminium core is coated alternately with a long and short polyurethane foam lamella. The overall height of the coating is also adaptable to the respective application and is therefore variable (standard: 35 mm). Because of the variant of the open design, the abrasive belt can better cool because the heat from the belt sanding process is better dissipated. Through the precise adaptation of the extremely soft running cushion to the workpiece that shoud be found it is possible to achieve high-performance results when finish grinding.
