This is thanks to the forming of the component edge zone roughness profile without material removal, while also increasing the dynamic strength and edge zone hardness. ECOROLL can also supply a comprehensive range of standard tools from stock. Another of our strengths is developing and manufacturing special solutions according to customer requirements. With our team skilled in distribution, design and applications technology, we create tailor-made tools and processes for special customer applications. Since 2005, we have been the official German distributor for the innovative product "BioThane®" from the USA, and are represented in over 30 countries. The high-tech material BioThane® consists of high-quality components. Thousands of products can be produced with various widths, strengths and colours. BioThane® is used for products from the areas of security, public administration, medicine, sports and animal husbandry. It will impress you here with its extreme tear-resistance, temperature-resistance and low maintenance, and has antibacterial properties. It complies with and fulfils all requirements regarding REACH (EU), CPSIA 2008 (China) and Prop 65 (California), and is thus harmless to people and animals. Dog and horse owners in particular enjoy the advantages of the material, as BioThane® is outstandingly suited to the production of leashes, collars, halters and reins, among other things.

We manufacture over 900 types of roller bearings every year. This ranges from standard roller bearings to customised special bearing solutions over a range of diameters from 50 mm to 1500 mm. In addition to various roller bearing components, we also supply our customers with special precision components and roller bearing accessories. Our particular strength lies in research and development work for application-optimised special bearings. Working directly with customers, we fine-tune, test and implement technical options. Our engineering portfolio not only includes project-based calculations, but also practical durability and strength tests, as well as bearing assessments. We offer quality through expertise – maximum quality is the common thread through our entire manufacturing – from procuring materials to delivering products. KRW Wälzlager has been producing bearings from the historical site to the west of Leipzig, eastern Germany, since 1934. We also have sales offices in China, India, Kazakhstan and Southeast Asia in order to be in close proximity to customers and to offer application-specific support.
