SWS consists of bendable and yet robust 5 mm support rods with open routeing rings into which the cable is simply laid. Lines and hoses up to 16 mm can be safely accommodated – on straight sections or around corners. The support rods are attached with bolted-on plastic mounting plates or VA stainless steel mounts welded on to the machine body for example.

PFLITSCH Automobile-Trunking complies with the works standard for many automotive manufacturers and serves as walkable floor trunking in many automated manufacturing lines and robotic production plants, allowing loads of up to 1,200 N and using antislip channelled sheet covering (slip-resistance rating R10).

Heat exchangers are mainly used in vacuum distillation systems for cooling and condensation in the absorption and rectification processes in chemical plants. Glass heat exchangers enable visual process control during scale-up and production and processing of multiple (acidic) chemical substances. We offer glass spiral type and shell & tube type heat exchangers. These are often operated in combination with a secondary condenser for additional vapor condensation.
The glass spiral heat exchangers can be operated in parallel to form large heat exchange areas for higher condensation performances and larger reactors systems in pilot plants. They feature easy cleaning and operation of cooling media at up to 3 bar pressure.

Initiator cables, also referred to as sensor/actuator cables, connect control units and different sensors, or, in the case of reversal of the measurement principle, actuators. Frequently used abbreviations include ini or ini cable (plural: inis).
Sensor or measurement transducers transform physical quantities such as rotation, speed, distance or length into analogue electric impulses. In the case of an actuator, the measured electric current (symbol: I, unit: ampere; A) or voltage (symbol: U, unit: volt; V) is transformed into temperature, pressure or torque.
The connection cable consists of at least three cores with a small cross-section of between 0.14mm² and 0.34mm². Today resistance thermometers are one of the important precision and operating measurement instruments of technical temperature measurement. Fast and easy testing of display, control and recording devices in measurement and process engineering is essential. Fixed temperature values can easily be simulated according to the characteristic curves of Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000 using the precision resistors calibrated in °C (the inscription also includes the resistance value in Ω).

The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.
