APPLICATION Manual application : with a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : airless spray, spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 60 cm from the substrate.

PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. APPLICATION Applied by hand using a filling knife or spatula. The thickness is 2 cm; to fill deeper holes, build up the filler in several steps The maximum thickness will be 1 cm per coat.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready mixed filler for interior and exterior finishing work on walls and ceilings OSCAR is a water based filler giving a finish identical to oil based products. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin emulsion containing calcium carbonate, rheological agent and various additives. The resulting paste is white. The maximum thickness will be 1 mm per coat. Smooth and sand if necessary before OSCAR has entirely set. Clean tools with water.

Walls that are peeling off must be scraped beforehand. Strip any old paint in poor condition and remove any old thick plastic covering.

SUITABLE SURFACES Once completely dry, SEMIN FILLER AND SMOOTH FINISH can be covered with any type of paint, plaster-based filler, paste-like filler and wallpaper paste. For tiling, choose an adhesive suited to plaster substrates. DRYING TIME This depends on the weather conditions, on the type of substrate and on the applied thickness. As a general rule, for 1 cm thickness, SEMIN FILLER AND SMOOTH FINISH dries in 6 hours.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Extra-fine finishing filler in powder form for all types of interior jobs. The substrate is now ready to be decorated with paint, wallpaper or any wall covering. Allow the paste to rest for 15 min before use. APPLICATION Apply either manually with a steel trowel or a putty knife, or mechanically. Allow to harden and scrape off any possible imperfection before sanding down.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION FIBRELASTIC is a ready-to-use filler paste with a high proportion of resin and glass fibre. Particularly suitable for all types of interior and exterior filling jobs. It has permanent flexibility allowing it to tolerate flexing of the substrate without cracking and it eliminates the need for repair tape. PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with standard DTU 59.1 and be clean, dry and free from dust and any trace of separating agent. Correctly open up, bevel and dust off the cracks.
