MU-12 railcar positioning system is a compact, capable and cost-effective winch based mechanism that is custom designed to move single railcars or groups of cars with sturdy construction and safe, reliable operation. The system is environmentally sound, easy to install and operate, less costly than larger systems and requires very little maintenance. It is the ideal solution for small to mid-size loading, unloading and repositioning applications. LM-71 and LM-140 electric powered winches offer maximum performance and reliability. Winches provide the high startup torque required for pulling heavy loads like rail cars. Winches are designed for either single direction or bi-directional pulling.

The EP range is always equipped with a planetary gear box as transmission. The winches are compact and have a robust construction. he EP range is available only as 400V. All of the winches are equipped with maintenance free bearings. The winches are normally delivered as pulling winches but upon request, they can be delivered as hoisting winches. Most parts are made from steel and have been either painted or zinc plated. These winches have a high performance efficiency and are low in maintenance. When compared with the EW range, these winches have a larger cable storage and their welded steel frame provides a more stable construction. Also there are more additional options. The winches comply with protection classification IP55 and insulation classification F. As standard they are equipped with 2 speeds, as well as an optional 3 speed choice for every type. The connection duration is S3 - 25% up to S3 - 40%.

The Gebuwin hand driven worm gear winch is known for its robust and compact construction. The hoisting capacity of the winch is calculated according to the first belt layer around the drum. The winch has a rear exit, which also enables it to be used as a pulling winch. As pulling winch, a load of up to approx. 2000 kg can be moved horizontally. The worm gear winch is fitted with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The crank can be adjusted in length and is recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. This winch is available in a grey/black paint and a zinc plated version, which gives an improved rust protection. The Gebuwin battery drill powered worm gear winch has a robust build. This winch provides an effective solution for locations without electricity, as well in situations where hoisting of a load is needed for a limited distance. The winch has a flexible coupling for connecting a battery drilling machine or an electric drilling machine. The hoisting capacity of the winch is 200kg which is calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. The closed worm gear box has a transmission with a self braking capacity. This self braking capacity ensures a hold of the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winch can be wall mounted or console mounted; it is available in grey/black paint.

The EW range is available as 230V and 400V. All of the winches are equipped with maintenance free bearings. The worm gear winches as from 1000kg and up can also be driven by means of a portable air motor. The motor can be easily attached to the drive shaft. When there are more than one worm gear winches situated on one particular location, only one air motor is needed to drive them.

The cable drum, the crank and all outgoing shafts are made of high quality 316 stainless steel. All fasteners are of A4 quality stainless steel. The surface treatment of the steel housing complies with the stringent paint specifications C5M according to DIN/ISO 12944. These winches can be utilized with: sea water and chemical installations. This modern design foldable davit with 500 kg hoisting capacity rotates at a full 360 degrees. Whilst in folded mode, the davit can be inserted into a floor socket and in less than a minute then clicked out and be ready for use. Due to its light weight of 25kg, this davit can be used in numerous applications, including multi-usage positions.
