Stamped parts / contract manufacture Your products delivered punctually As a flexible stamping business, Schulz Stanztechnik manufactures various stamped and stamped bent parts for the most diverse areas of application from conveyance technology components, the automotive industry to mechanical components such as washers and angle connectors or entire assemblies. We place particular emphasis on high-quality and punctual manufacture and delivery of the ordered products and services. We are also in a position to meet special requests of our customers at short notice. Alongside the actual stamping process, Schulz Stanztechnik carries out numerous additional tasks, such as the creation of threads, use of installation parts or the installation of several components to the stamped parts. These activities can be carried out during stamping as well as in a separate work process.

Shape and teeth of your blade can be adjusted to your raw material and machine requirements. Surface coating, like TIN, and various steel grade are possible.

Our production capacity enables us to produce chopper blades until 3 300 mm of length. Blades can have variable teeth types and pitches (usually from 23 to 25mm, from 15 to 16 mm), grinded to your needs. Moreover, various steel grade can be used to manufacture your chopper blades, depending on your products, hardness, abrasivness, ... . Surface coating like TEFLON can be applied to provide protection and limits stickiness of your industrial product on the blades.

The processes performed in our electrostatic powder coating surface treatment are applied within the framework of European QUALICOAT and TSE standards. All RAL colors of world-renowned paint companies are sensitively processed to increase resistance to corrosion and to strengthen resistance to UV rays.

Colorimeters measure colour in a substance, for example in water. It defines the measurement of the colour to enable its identification, using the lightwave spectrum. Colorimeters are a form of a spectrophotometer. The use of mirrors in the system, redirect the light beam from the light source to the sample and back to the sensor to enable a reading. Hydrophobic means to repel water. Applying a hydrophobic coating to a surface can help the surface repel dirt and residue for easier cleaning. These types of coatings also have an oleophobic property, meaning that oil and grease is also repelled. Knight Optical provide Hydrophobic Coatings to wide range of protective windows made from materials such as BK7 or equivalent, UV Fused Silica or Borosilicate. In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. The HUEHOCO portfolio includes both decorative and weather-resistant coatings as well as system solutions for a firm bonding of the metal strip with various rubber compounds and/or various plastics. For technical applications, there are also high-temperature resistant and non-stick as well as anti-friction systems, directly rubber- or plastic-coated metal strips. Since 1989 we have been the first company in the world to offer our customers the opportunity to have their goods delivered "endlessly" wound with more than 200,000 metres in a single strip on metal or plastic spools. Depending on our customers' requirements, we can process all wrought aluminium alloys, stainless steels, steel grades and non-ferrous metals available on the market in various degrees of hardness.

Functional and decorative coating systems In addition to coatings for Coil Coating applications and related areas, SI-Coatings GmbH develops and produces individual paints and varnishes for any application. These are technical, functional and decorative coatings.

Our rubber-coated metal strips are used in numerous applications, such as engine and aggregate seals. In addition to NBR, we also coat metal strip with EPDM, NR, HNBR and FPM in thicknesses of 10 μm - 2 mm. The metal strips can also be coated with an anti-friction coating, which offers extremely high resistance to heat and special sliding ability. The resulting further processing quality enables them to be used wherever parts made of metal strip with sealing, sound-absorbing or vibration-damping properties are required. The very good bonding between elastomer and metal, combined with outstanding deep-drawing properties, shows the superiority of this coating. The metal strips can also be top-coated with decorative lacquers on both the metal and the rubber coated side (e.g. as a distinguishing feature in the company's own production for top and bottom sides).

An innovation for decorative applications is the stripe coating on our narrow Coil Coating line at First American. This is a complete coil coating process in which we are able to leave tightly toleranced, unpainted stripes on the carrier strip. These give the decorative effect to the finished article, while the coated areas are coated with an adhesive system (e.g. automotive trim material or white coating with a defined black stripe, etc.). As always, all metal strips available on the market can be used as metal carriers; all coatings can also be used. This leads to a smart product, allowing you a multitude of new, innovative applications.

Rubber-to-metal bonding Our adhesive build-up provides strong bonding between our metal carrier and your rubber. With our know-how, we are able to bond a wide variety of compounds such as NBR, CR, EPDM, SBR etc. for you. Plastic-to-metal bonding Whether PC (polycarbonate), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), CAB (cellulose acetobutryate), PP (polypropylene), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), PA (polyamide) and polyolefinic plastics or other thermoplastics as well as duroplastics - we ensure that you achieve optimum adhesion between the plastic and our metal carrier.

We are able to produce various shades of high-quality decorative polyester top coats in small and very small batches using a paste system – resulting in a very competitive pricing for our customers.

This coating system is mainly used for the coating of cold rolled strip, but can also be applied to other metals. It is applied in the last processing step and enables a special gliding ability and heat resistance on coated surfaces.

Solid wood boards including finish are assembled and bonded manually according to individual customer requirements or VRS standard according to color and structure. The boards are glued according to stress group D4. The blanks are sanded with at least 180 grit and CNC machined with formatting, milling, drilling, etc. according to customer requirements. Hydrophilic coating solutions for medical devices Coating solution for intervention medical device. Among many types, this model has excellent performance on guide or TPU-based medical devices. For the housing, steel, brass or stainless steel are used; for rings, steel or stainless steel which is always hardened. The balls are made of chrome or stainless steel, which is also always hardened. All material combinations – depending on their conditions of use – are possible for the assembly of the individual parts. Various surface coats for the individual parts can be supplied as well as finished bearings: brass which is uncoated or nickel plated; steel and stainless steel which is uncoated, zinc plated or nickel plated. All bearings are available lubricated or unlubricated. Structure DLG100 axial ball bearings consist of sheet metal housing, two hardened rings as well as hardened precision balls. Due to their structure, we refer to them as an encapsulated, full ball design.
