APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats. The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.

For tiling, choose an adhesive suited to plaster substrates. DRYING TIME This depends on the weather conditions, on the type of substrate and on the applied thickness. As a general rule, for 1 cm thickness, SEMIN FILLER AND SMOOTH FINISH dries in 6 hours.

Generally speaking, when spread to a thickness of one cm, the filler dries in 6 hours.

PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with standard DTU 59.1 and be clean, dry and free from dust and any trace of separating agent. Correctly open up, bevel and dust off the cracks.

Walls that are peeling off must be scraped beforehand. Strip any old paint in poor condition and remove any old thick plastic covering.

It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

TECHNICAL DETAILS Interior ready-to-use smooth finish coating, easy to apply - requires less sanding down than a traditional coating and therefore creates less dust. Apply with spatula, then sand down. Less dust is created, and the dust is less volatile. APPLICATION Applied by hand using a filling knife or spatula. The thickness is 2 cm; to fill deeper holes, build up the filler in several steps The maximum thickness will be 1 cm per coat.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION CE 78 PERFECT’LISS is a ready-to-use lightweight compound specially formulated for finishing interior substrates (walls and ceilings). COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightening fillers, preservative and various admixtures. The compound is white. SUITABLE SURFACES Plasterboard, plaster, AAC, brick, fibreglass cloth, gypsum block, concrete, render, old paint. APPLICATION Roller, trowel or airless applications of the product are possible. For roller application, the product should be mixed before use. Nozzles recommended for airless application : 35 and 41. AMOUNT REQUIRED Depends on the thickness applied : from 0.4 to 2 kg/m². DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 6-24 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions.
